I have Outlook 2003. Alot of times when I receive email Outlook will send a
reply on its own. I dont select reply nor is this caused by the Auto Reply
setting. It seems that this happens whenever I receive email from a new
address or from an address I havent received in a while. There must be
something wrong. I have checked the Auto Reply menu and it isnt activated.

I receive an email. It goes into my Inbox like usual. My email sends out a
reply to the sender on its own without me doing anything. There is no
message...its just a blank reply. The blank reply does not show in my Sent
Items folder.

I know this because i get replys from others telling me. I have sent emails
from my work to home and get a blank reply. I dont have any rules configured
nor do I have any add-ins installed (at least non that I am aware of). Maybe
this is some sort of virus? Little more than a year ago my email totally
screwed up somehow. I had to have tech support diagnose and fix the problem.
My email address wouldnt do anything. The error message said something like
I didnt have permission from the adminstrator for access. My system is XP
and we have 4 identies on our computer but my email is the only one thats
screwed up. The others work perfectly fine.
