How can I retreive deleted fields?

I have deleted a whole years information from a table. How can I get it back?

For the most part it is gone and you should be looking for a backup. If
you don't find a backup you just learned a valuable lesson.

However if you have not compacted the database the data is still there,
but I don't think there is any way us mere mortals can get to it. You may
be able to find a data recovery company that can do it for you, but be ready
for a shock when you hear the price.

Sorry, you almost certainly cannot.

There are database salvage and repair services that might (for a fee)
be able to rescue you; if you've added more data to the database, made
any more changes, or (worst) compacted the database, though, the
chances go way down.
