How to retreive deleted emails

I accidentally hit DELETE ALL (dumped from P/C) while in the DELETED email.
Many emails that I will need sometime. Can I retreive? HHHEEELLLPPPP!!

1. Not a Word question.

2. Not without using some third party software that *may* be able to
retrieve deleted files. For all intents and purposes though, they are gone.
