Can somebody help me in resolving the subject message i receive on Vista
start-up?

You really need to post details about where you are seeing this error
message, what you are trying to do when it appears and any other details
that you can think of.

Thanks Ronnie for your response.

As soon as I log in with my username and password, a pop up shows up with
the message indicated above in the subject line.

The problem started when I tried to install Nortel VPN Client software for
Vista. When I started running it, it didn't worked properly and when
un-installed it, the subject problem aroused.

Though my laptop is working perfectly otherwise but I want to stop theis pop
up nuisance.

Thanks,

Rizwan

It sounds like the uninstall for that Nortel VPN Client software wasn't
uninstalled properly.

Go to Start and type msconfig.exe and click Enter. In the configuration
Editor, click the Startup Tab. Look for any item in that list that looks
like something from the Nortel software. If you find something there, remove
the check mark from that item. Click Apply/OK.

If you don't find anything there, go to Start/All Programs and look in the
Startup Folder for anything that refers to the Nortel installation. If you
find something there, right click it and select Delete.

Let me know what you find.

Thanks Ronnie for your help. Your suggestion resolved the problem,

Rizwan
