How can I remove "Last saved by" field from .doc file properties

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to remove or change "Last saved by"
field from .doc file properties?with best regards,

Why would you want to tamper with a valuable audit trail such as this?

If this is Word 2003, check the box for "Remove personal information from
file properties on save" on the Security tab of Tools | Options.
