How can I recover mails from the cleared folder "Deleted Items"

Hi,
I have cleared the folder "Deleted Items". But i need
to rescue some of the deleted mails.Is that possible?

For Exchange and if your administrator configured it;
Tools-> Recover Deleted Items...

For pst-files;
