Recover Deleted Items

Hi All,

Enviroment: Exchange 2003 SP2, Outllook 2003 SP3

On Outlook => Tools => Recover Deleted Items Option greyed out.

I've verified Mailbox had configured 7 days deletion under Limit tab.

I also regedit as shown here

but no lucks,

Can anyone show me show direction?

Right, but are you actually IN the Deleted Items folder at the time when
you do that?

Sorry that was my mistake, i forgot to change value of registry from 0 to 1.

All works perfectly.
