How can I receive emails automatically without clicking send/rece.

I have to click on send/receive button to get email? How can I disable this?
 
Which version of Outlook?

I have Outlook 2003. You go to Tools/Options and click on the Mail Setup
Tab. In the middle of the dialogue window, click on the Send/Receive button.
In the next window, turn on the option to send/receive every ?? minutes. Set
the minutes for the number of minutes in between send/recieve.
