Hi

I need to make a document which provides details of specific styles. I can't
cut and paste from the modify screen (only the style name). Is there some
other way of cutting and pasting, or printing so I don't have to copy it all?

In the File > Print dialog, set the Print What box to "Styles".

Dear Jay

I did look around Word quite a bit before asking, but figured thyat there
"IS" a way, even if I hadn't found it, I just needed to find out about it by
asking. Very many thanks. That will save me hours of copying.
