How can I move a program...?

Is there a way to move installed programs from one partition to another
without uninstalling and reinstalling?
I've just partition my HDD as I like to keep this tidy want to move the
software about, is this poss without extra software or am I just going to
have to do it the long way?

Theres very little advantage, if any, in creating seperate partitions on the
same hd.
If the hd fails you still lose all & if win becomes corrupt you may still
need to reinstall the apps.
 
The hard drive would actually be 'more' tidy if you left the programs
installed on the system drive. The programs will still be accessing system
files and the registry on the Windows drive when they run and this makes
everything much more complex.
