How can I make new windows to open as maximized ??? (WinXP Pro)

Help please,

My new windows (does not matter which program always the same iexplorer or
word or excel) always open half the size of my screen size and I have to
maximize it myself.
What alterations should I make for the windows to open as maximized???

Отсосала бы, я б сказал. А так ИДИ НА ..Й

 

[Norm]

Using your mouse, stretch the window to whatever size you want then click
File and then Close. Now that shortcut will open the window to that
stretched size. This works in OE, IE and Windows Explorer.
