How can I make a E-newsletter using Microsoft Office software?

You may wish to post in a Microsoft Office newsgroup.
And put something in the body of your message.
 
Make your newsletter in FP, then copy and paste to a HTML-abled email
program (like Outlook etc). It will copy the webpage to the email message
window.

Make sure your images have "absolute" URLs rather than "relative" else they
won't show up. Outlook Express apparently doesn't have that problem.
