How can I send our Publisher newsletter to recipients using Outlo.

I want to know if I can use front page to re create our newsletter in order
to send it to our email recipients using Outlook? Or if anyone can tell me
how to create an e-newsletter using the Microsoft Office programs, I would
greatly appreciate it!

Create the newsletter in Publisher, print to PDF, then import it into your web and link to it is the
best approach.

It's much easier to create html email in Outlook Express than in Outlook.

and/or... if you must do emailings you can create it in FP get the body html
section and us an emailing program that will let you email in html format.
I've never done it in outlook but I would be you can do that.

I've used a slick little email program (it is free) called mail master that
is great for this kind of thing.

Best to you.......

You're better off asking an Outlook or Publisher group. this is a Frontpage
news group and your post is off-topic.

However to answer your question, attach the publisher file to a normal email
as per normal manner.

The user opens the publisher file if they have Publisher installed on their
machine. It'd be best to export to PDF format as more people will be likely
to have the Adobe Reader, than Publisher.
