How can I keep my text from shrinking when I print?

All of my documents shrink when I send them to the printer. When I check it
in Print Preview, it appears to be the normal size but once it prints, it's
shrunken into the top left hand corner of the page. What can I do to prevent
this from happening??

Choose File - Print, in the lower right-hand section of the Print dialog, do
you have a Zoom control? Pages per sheet should be set at 1, and Scaling
should be set to No Scaling.

my settings correspond with what you said they should be but it's still
shrinking my text...

This is an indication that your document contains comments or tracked
changes and you have balloons enabled. If you are printing direct from Final
Showing Markup view, you will get this effect. You need to either switch to
Final view before printing or open the Print dialog (Ctrl+P) and select
"Document" instead of "Document showing markup."
