How do I make Word print exactly what is viewed in print preview?

Word is shrinking the text on the pages, so I can't look at them in full view
when I print...I am sure there is a setting in there somewhere to say "just
print what I see in Print Preview and don't try to help me by shrinking it up
for some reason..."

Hi

Are there un-accepted tracked changes in your document? If so, Word is
allowing space for the balloons. Use the Reviewing toolbar, accept all the
tracked changes, and try again.

Hope this helps.

thank you Shauna, Although this did not answer the question directly, it
lead me to the solution...there was a default to have something called
"Markup" selected in the View menu that must be making space for the balloons
and comments that you are talking about...I turned that off and things print
just fine...Thanks so much for your assistance.

If the document is in a view showing markup, it will indeed print this way,
but you would likely not be seeing this view if the document did not contain
some markup.
