how can I 'shrink to fit' a page in vista

When using Xp, I could use print preview - shrink to fit button to reduce
text minimally which prevented a blank page being printed after a page with a
large table. Can't find similar on Vista. Can anyone help?

The operating system shouldn't have anything to do with it, but if you mean
Word 2007, the shrink one page tool is on the ribbon displayed in Print
Preview.
