How can I import mail data from Mozilla Thunderbird Into Outlook 2

I have a lot of mail messages in Mozilla Thunderbird (their mail application)
and I want to extract it and move it into Outlook 2003. Can this be done and,
if so, how?
 
What does Thunderbird support for export? Have you checked on google to see
if someone has already posted instructions for migrating mail from TB?
