Is it possible to import emails from Mozilla Thunderbird?

I just bought a new desktop and I would like to switch from using Mozilla
Thunderbird to using Outlook 2007. My dilemma is moving my emails and
settings from the old computer to the new one. Is this possible? If so, how?

It is possible, but a bit tricky.
The EASIEST way is either to see if your ISP offers IMAP mail accounts and
move all the email that way, or failing that, set up your own mail server as
long as you can network the two machines.
If that's impossible, then the only way AFAIK is to install Eudora on the
machine with Thunderbird, import email to that, install Eudora on the new
machine and move the mail store to it, then import in Outlook from the
Eudora mail store.
