I don't use Thunder
but a workaround would be to forward all mail from Thunder to Outlook

you'll need to install NN4.7 and open the thunderbird mail file with it,
then import will work.

Netscape's download area should have it.
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/english/4.79/windows/windows95_or_nt/base_install/cb32d479.exe
seems to be what you'd want.

I was facing the same problem but find a solution
You need to install Eudora.. first available free at www.eudora.com

then
1. rename Thunderbird's "Local Folders" to "Local_Folders"
2. in Eudora, file->import->advanced->Netscape, browse to select your
Thunderbird prefs.js
3. click OK and the import begins.

The resulting folder structure in Eudora was a bit messed up in that each
mailbox appeared under in a folder of exactly the same name. This was simple
enough to fix in Eudora with drag and drop, then delete the superflouous
folders.

Once the mails in your Eudora then you can import them to Outlook Express
and then to Outlook

An alternative is to move them from Mozilla to Netscape V4 and import from
there.
