Importing/Exporting from Thunderbird

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to transfer my messages from my inbox in Thunderbird to Outlook
2003. I am running Win Vista Home Premium Ed. I do like Thunderbird, I've
just change to Outlook because I fancied a change.

I have gone into Outlook import/export and when it comes to choosing a file
type I'm not sure which one I should choose. Is this possible or am I
waisting my time?

Outlook cannot import directly from Thunderbird. See if this helps:
