I am trying to import an existing list from Win 95 data base into Microsoft
Word format and us this list to make mailing lables as well as maintain the

Win 95 is not a "database". Are you talking about a Table in an
Access95 .mdb file? or some other sort of data base? Also, what sort
of "maintenance" do you mean?

You may want to post your question in one of the Word newsgroups if
you wish to use Word for this purpose. We can help you here with
Microsoft Access if that's your intent.
