How can I import contacts and calendars into Outlook Web Access?

New User to Outlook Web Access - I have a contacts list (.csv file) and a
calendar file (.pst) I want to import into Web Access. Is it possible and
how?
 
Not possible. You need to use desktop Outlook for such imports.
