How can I import an old address book into MS Outlook

On a new computer I'm trying to import my old address book. Have already
copied the .pst file to the appropriate directory so I have the Contacts, but
I want my address book (.wab file) and can't figure it out. Can anyone help?

Why? Outlook has never used a WAB. All your Contact data resides in your PST
file and always has.
