How can I import a schedule into Outlook with multiple attendees?

I want to be able to import a file containing a schedule (in any format) into
Outlook 2003 that will have multiple attendees. Is this possible?
 
Specifically, I have an excell file and it says that Required Attendees is
mapped to Required Attendees but when it is imported, there is only myself as
the attendee.
