How can I have tracking tab on all my outgoing emails in outlook

incidently, I sent an email to many users and when I opened the sent email I
found an additional tracking tab in the email.
When I clicked on the tab, I saw who from the recipients have read the email.
I don't know what I did or where I clicked when I sent the message, but what
I need is to have the same option on all my emails.

In Outlook 2003, Tools, Options, Email Options, Tracking Options. Check the
box for "Read Receipt on all emails I send".
