How can I get Windows update back on the Start Menu?

How can I get Windows update back on the Start Menu?
I don't know how I lost it!
But I would like it back - preferably at the top of the initial window.

Actually, the original Windows Update shortcut points to a local
executable, not a URL. Create a shortcut and make the target as such:

%SystemRoot%\system32\wupdmgr.exe

Done that. Works. Thanks. BTW the "Start in:" field needs to be set
to:
%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%
