How can I get W2K to bootup without asking for Password?

I have an old PC with W2K SP4 installed which is networked at home
with my desktop and laptop , both of which have XP Pro SP2 installed.

The only reason I need this W2K PC is because , as a temporary
arrangement , I need to use the hard drive installed on it as
additional storage space .

At the moment I have this W2K machine linked to its separate monitor
and , in order for the hard drive there to be seen on the LAN, this
PC has , of course to be booted and the monitor screen has to be
clicked when it asks for the password.

As I am the sole user of this LAN , I have a blank password on this PC
but would like to be able to get it to boot without the need to click
on the Password dialogue each time it is booted.

If I could achieve this I could then dispense with this PC's monitor
and just have it running as a server but networked to the LAN so that
its hard drive is accessible to the other machines.

My question , therefore , is:-

How do I arrange for the W2K PC with a blank Password to boot up
without having to need any mouse or keyboard imput so that the bootup
process completes itself?
