How Can I Get Rid of 'XtreamLok Alert' Error Message?

All of a sudden this is coming up all of the time, I have
no idea what I did, or how to get rid of it. I have done
lot's of searching for solutions with no success, hope
someone can help!
 
The message apparently is from a program called Softwrap. This is a
legitimate program. Contact the vendor for help with this program, including
removal.
