how can I get my site back

Due to not backing my site up for months I found after computer problems
have lost my site from my h/d, its still on the internet though, is it
possible to get a copy
back and if so how please. Thanks for any help.

Open your site on the server from within FrontPage, then publish the
site back to your hard drive.
