How can I save my site to another folder on my computer?

Right now, my site is saved to:

C:\Documents and Settings\Susan\My Documents\LMVFD2

The problem is, the folder, 'Susan' has been deleted from my computer, and
has been replaced with 'Susan 2' (it's a long story...). I can still open
the site by clicking 'File' --> 'Recent Sites' , but I can't count on that
for long.

How can I save this site to the right folder?

Simply open the site and click File > Publish and publish it to a new *disk based* location.
