How can I get my mouse back?

I have a KVM switch box w/ 8 servers connected to it. Once in a while,
while moveing cables, the mouse will come unplugged from the box. The only
way I know to get it back is to reboot the servers. Is there a way to have
get it back w/o rebooting?

Ouch... I just had this happen to me on some machines,
but luckily they're not critical PCs that needed to be up
constantly.

I think it's a probly due to it likely being a PS/2 KVM
instead of a USB KVM. With so many servers, I would think
it would be worth your companies money to invest in a new
KVM switch that supports USB so issues like this won't
cause any downtime.
