Ever since I brought my laptop to college, my Outlook email sending and
receiving has been iffy. Receiving generally works but my sending emails
hasn't worked at all. How can I fix this?

do you receive any error message? we need more information including the
type of account, version of Outlook and error messages.

Also, maybe you are using the college's servers now, not your ISP's. Ask how
to set up your email at school.

I use Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. When i click "send/receive," it has no
problem receiving but then has an error saying "Task 'mail.comcast.net -
sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F): 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP)/' " I'm not sure what you mean by type of
account. thanks for your help.

When you're connected to the school's network, you probably have to use the
school's mail server to send your mail. You're trying to relay Comcast mail
through the school's server and it's rejecting your attempt. Change your
account (it's a POP/SMTP account) to use the proper mail server. Contact
your school's computer center for details.
