How can I get import/export to appear in the file drop down in Ou.

The Import/Export function does not exist under the File drop down in Outlook
2003. Why can I find it or is there an update to add it?

COntrol Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Locate Office and select it. Click
Change. Locate the Import/Export functon and mark it for installation.
You'll need your installation CD.
