How can I get back my 'send/recieve' button in Outlook

My XP system recently had a problem saving some registry thing during shut
down. After restart, my settings some applications are gone.

Currently I am trying to send and recieve email using Outlook 2000, but the
button that used to allow that function is gone. Any help?
 
Hi,
In the OUTLOOK Window click TOOLS
CUSTOMIZE
COMMANDS Tap
In CATEGORIES Window Click STANDART
In COMMANDS Window go to SEND/RECIEVE , click it and drag it to the left
onto the STANDARD.
OK.
