How can I find the series selection tab?

I didn't manage to find it even though I went through the instructions in Excel
 
Not clear what you mean by, "series selection tab".

If you are trying add Category Name Labels to the Series points on a chart
do the following:-

- click anywhere in chart

- this will cause Chart Tools at top of screen to become enabled

- Layout / Data Labels / More Data Label Options

- Format Data Labels window should launch

You can make various changes in here to the series of points on the graph.
