How can I email a group without showing the Recipients

We need to send an email to a group of people where the recipients are
confidential and shouldn't be seen by the other recipients. We tried a
distribution list but all recipients show up in the TO box.

Does anybody know how to do this because otherwise we have to send this
email 200 times.

There are various ways. It would help to know your version of Outlook and
where the names are kept - GAL, PAB or Contacts.

Put the distribution list in the Bcc field or use Word to perform a mail
merge.

Thanks, Bcc is the easiest solution and works just fine. Should have thought
about it myself.
