How can I edit responses to voting buttons in Outlook?

Would have thought it would be easy to simply edit the pre-set respnses, but
apparently its not. Anyone have any suggestions?

You can put whatever responses you want in the voting buttons box in the
View | Options dialog. What happens when you try to change them?

I beg your pardon! I just tested it and it worked. What misled me was the
vote selection switches didn't appear in my original. If I want to be sure
about it in future I'll just edit the text, close the dialog box and send
myself the message, then forward it to whomever I need to.

No need to go through the extra forwarding step. Voting buttons only appear
in sent messages, not in newly composed ones.
