I there anyone can tell me how to disable keyboard or mouse in winXP?
Thank you !

Hi

What do you mean by 'disable'? If you disable either/both, you will have a problem working in Windows.

The only way I can think of doing this is to write a macro with a specific
keyboard combination (e.g. <Ctrl><Shift><K>) to disable the keyboard until
the same key combo is re-entered. Maybe someone over at one of the MS
programming newsgroups would be more helpful with this. It's also possible
that there's already a freeware utility out there which will do this. Try a
Google search.

I want to disable the whole keyboard include "Ctrl+Alt+Del".
What should I do?

You need to have some means of controlling the computer with
input and if you have the mouse and keyboard disabled you
would need to have some means to re-establish input.

Simplest way, unplug the mouse and keyboard, which will work
very well with USB. But PS/2 is not designed to be hot
plugged. In that case a KVM switch could serve as a means
to disable the computer mouse and keyboard if you had one.
It would likely cost more to buy a KVM than to buy USB
keyboard and mouse.

unplug the keyboard. Also put both keyboard, and the computer, in safe
or other secure, commensurate with risk, location. This prevents
someone from plugging the keyboard back in.

Maybe a macro to disable the output to the monitor? It would be hard for
anyone to do mischief if there were no visual feedback.
