How can I delete certain names from appearing when sending?

When sending messages in Outlook, if I type a name in the To field, other
names will automatically pop up if I have emailed them in the past so I can
choose from them. How do I delete certain names?

when the drop down box appears use the up/down arrow to take you to the
person you want to get rid of and hit delete! simple :)
