Names in TO: Field

Can anyone tell me how i can delete names that automatically pop up when you
hit the to field in your e0mail outlook?

You mean as you're typing in the To field, or something else?

If it's typing, just hit the down arrow to select what you want to remove
and hit the delete key.

I want to delete a bunch of the names permenantly so they do nt pop up again,
how do i do that?

You have two options:

1) Get rid of *all* names by searching the hard drive for nk2, making sure
to search hidden and system folders, and deleting the nk2 file.
2) Delete them as you find them using the steps above.

But getting rid of just 'a bunch' of them easily isn't possible.
