how can i create a subform with check boxes instead of the data sh

I have a form and need to insert a sub form which lists all available records
in another table as check boxes instead of a data sheet view.
 
create the subform first as a stand-alone form - with the look/feel that you
want....

then go to the main form and select the subform tool option....it will
wizard you to select and existing form or table....and you would then select
the form that you already created above....

hope this helps a little
