I have a personnel table (name, shop, pay grade, etc.), I also have a table of qualifications (fork lift, welding, Lathe, Fall protection, etc.). I want to display each personnel record (single form view) with a sub form (datasheet or continuous form view) that displays the list of possible qualifications, each qualification having a check box so that I can select only those qualifications that apply to the current personnel record. Is this even possible? I've been beating my head against my monitor trying to figure it out.
