How can I copy folders of messages to my C drive?

I store e-mail messages by client. Each client has their own fodler in
Outlook. When through with the project I archive my Excel and Word files in
one location on a separate drive. How can I move the fodler of messages
from Outlook to archive with the rest of my client project?

Create a PST in the folder with your other related files. Move the messages
you want from your main folders to that PST. You can drag the client folder
entirely or simply move the messages without creating folders. You can
either leave the PST open so you can reference the messages or close it for
archival purposes.
