How can I connect to an alternate Exchange mailbox using Outlook 2003 in IMAP
or POP3 mode. I have permissions to the other mailbox but I want to use my
credentials to access the mailbox.

set it up like a normal account. You need to know the server names - note
that some admins close the imap and pop ports. If using exchange 2000/2003,
you can also use HTTP, use the full owa url. all folders will be visible but
only mail folders are usable.
