How can I configure to allow an unknown program I trust

Is there a way to configure an unknown startup program that I know and trust
so that I don't have to select to allow it every time I log in?
 
Go to Advanced Tools > System Explorer > Startup Programs, under
(Application > All Users Startup Folder) select the blocked program and
under "Startup Program Details" pane, choose "unblock this startup program".
 
when the pop-up alert shows up select Always ignore this
threat or remember this actions it should be located
below allow/remove buttons. after that you should see any
more alert as it remembers it or it knows that you know
the apps and its not a threat.
