I saw an option in Word to change from ctrl + click to click when follow a
hyperlink? How can I do that in FrontPage 2003?

If you are wanting words like "click here," type the words, select them and
click on the Insert Hyperlink icon on the tool bar. The place the address in
the field provided. After the page is Published, only one click is required
to follow the link.

In FrontPage edit mode you need to use Ctrl+Click.
To only need to "click the link," switch to Preview mode, or Preview in Browser.

You just "point and click" the mouse on a hyperlink. What exactly are you
refering to ?
