I want to move the position of a watermark on my page

I want to move the position of a watermark on my page

Open the header area at the top of the page (double-click in that area, even
if it's empty; or use View > Header and Footer). Then click the watermark
and drag it wherever you want it. When you're done, close the header area by
double-clicking anywhere else below the header.
