How can I change strange home page in my browser?

For some reason, everytime I start IE6, my homepage is
res://uldyd.dll/index.html#1714631986 . I've tried changing it using
Tools>Internet Options, but when I close the browser window, it goes back to
the same page res://... . As long as I keep the browser window open after
the change, the home page will remain with the address I entered.

What's wrong?

I ran it now and it didn't find anything. I also ran Ad-aware (and it found
and fixed many things) but I still get the wrong page. The odd thing is that
it changed to res://mtpow.dll/index.html#1714631986
