IE6 Home Page Trojan

There is a trojan somewhere in my system which changes
the home page of my IE6 browser to:

res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049.

I have changed my home page back to google 30 times
without success. Virus software (McAfee) does not seem
able to detect or quarantine.

Any experience / solution out there for this highly
annying problem?
