How can I add a watermark on only one page not the whole doc?

I can't open the demo to see how to do it because I can not download
Silverlight on my work computer.
 
A watermark is nothing more nor less than a graphic anchored to the header,
formatted as Washout, and sent Behind Text. You can anchor a similarly
formatted graphic to a paragraph on the specific page.
